Bath Spa University มหาวิทยาลัยเริ่มก่อตั้งมามากกว่า 160 ปี โดยตั้งขึ้นเป็น Bath School of Art เริ่มดำเนินการสอนและ โดยทางโรงเรียนได้รวมตัวกับวิทยาลัยและดำเนินการสอนมาจนกระทุ่งในปี 2005 ทางมหาวิทยาลัยได้รับการรับรองและได้ใช้ชื่อ Bath Spa University อย่างเป็นทางการ มหาวิทยาลัยมีเจ้าหน้าที่และนักเรียนจาก 40 ประเทศ มีนักเรียนประมาณ 7,000 คน ซึ่งนักศึกษาปริญญาตรีประมาณ 5,000 คน และปริญญาโทประมาณ 2,000 คน

- วุฒิปริญญาตรี GPA อย่างน้อย 2.50
- สำหรับคนที่ได้เกรดเฉลี่ยไม่ถึง สามารถเลือกเรียนคอร์ส Pre-Master เพื่อปรับพื้นฐานได้ 3-9 เดือน
- ผู้สมัครต้องมีผลคะแนน IELTS 6.5 ยกเว้น เรียนต่อปริญญาโท คณะ ( MA in Business Management, Composition, Creative Sound & Media Technology, Dance, Performance(Music), Design, Fine Art, Fashion Portfolio, Visual Communication ) ใช้ผลคะแนน IELTS 6.0
